Facebook Restrictions - how can I see what is being applied to my profile

I am a member of many groups on Facebook... two in particular that I comment and post on regularly. I can no longer post.. the posts are pending but cannot be seen by the admins who know nothing about these restrictions, no new posts show up on my feed and when I go into the groups, I can only see posts from a long time ago and from some selected posters who are also admins and facebook friends. I have not received any notification of posts being removed due to breaking community guidelines. I have logged out and back in again and it is the same on my phone and on my computer...

What can I do.... Facebook help / report hasn't yeilded anything.
