I have just stepped down as Secretary from a group which has a gmail account which I need to pass to my successor. I have given her the password but she can’t log in and I have had a critical error message in response to her attempted sign in.
How do I solve this?
If I replace the existing recovery email address (which is mine) with hers will she then be able to log in and somehow recover the account and make it hers?
I don’t want to end up with both of us locked out!
