iPhone suddenly deleted all of my passwords

Can anyone help?

I've just discovered that all of my passwords have been deleted!

I used passwords access about 90mins ago, got home from work half an hour ago, attempted to look a password up and everything has gone?!

I finished my shift late as it was now I'm still up panicking about lost passwords! I need several for work related things, and it's such a hassle trying to retrieve from the sites themselves (all NHS related)

Can anyone help? Can I get them back?

If you’re still up mine appeared to do the same but when I went on to a website it still found the passwords and it sorted itself out so that it showed on the password list. But I was also panicked for a moment!

Are you saying your passwords have been deleted from your keychain?
To check go to
Settings > Passwords.
Can you see them listed?
