'Before you continue to Google'

How do I stop the 'before you continue with Google' and having to accept all before I can use google please?

Do you mean never having to accept the terms and conditions - you can't... That's the price you pay for all the 'free' services they provide.

If you mean - it asks every time you log in or open an app - probably a corrupt cookie or something - delete all cookies and browsing history and restart the browser and try again.

That normally only shows up if either;

You are using an Incognito Browser.
You are manually cleaning your Cookies/Cache after each use.
You have a program or software installed that is automatically cleaning your web browsers Cookies/Cache.
