Zen internet - would you recommend?

Looking at trying to reduce a few bills, and Zen now provide fibre broadband to my address at a cheaper rate than I'm getting with Virgin. It all seems positive (Which recommended, etc) but I'm just a bit wary because I've never heard of them!

Has anyone used them and would recommend them (or not)?

Yes - wholeheartedly - I'm on fibre with them FTTC even though I have Virgin with fibre in the street if I want it - I've been with Zen for maybe 7-8 years - always very helpful on the phone on the rare occasions I've had to ring them.
