I'd like to be able to send a link to my contacts for them to input their address and birthday so I can update my address book ...

Surely there is an app for this?

Or will I have to make a google survey :/

Google finds a bunch of options for collecting addresses, mostly for weddings. A lot don't seem to support collecting birthdays. Postable looks like it might suit the purpose?
