I have an iPhone SE (2nd gen) and occasionally when I'm out and about the internet will not work even though I have enough 4G data. I have called my phone provider about it twice but no solution. I'm wondering if it's a setting that I do/do not have enabled or could it be anything to do with Bluetooth? I sometimes connect my phone to Bluetooth speakers in the house but now I'm very careful to disconnect them. Help! It's so annoying especially if I need to access tickets on my phone.

If you're out and about there may not be a 4g signal available to send to you phone even if you have the data available.

Have you got your mobile data turned on? Its nothing to do with bluetooth. If you turn WiFi off on your phone for a moment and turn off and on mobile data you should be able to use your providers data, if mobile data is off it only works on WiFi which is perfect at home but no good away from your home broadband

I can’t use 4Gat my DF place as he has no signal so it could definitely be a signal issue if everything else is turned on. I can use my phone until I go down the road a mile or so & the signal hits.

I think that in this case it would be appropriate to try to enter the settings on the Internet manually.
