Do anti blue light phone screen protectors really work? If so, what's a good one?

I'm thinking of getting one of these to improve my sleep, but the reviews on Amazon are very mixed.

From what I've read - which might be wrong - the blue light range that is shown to suppress melatonin is 446-477nm. Apparently screen protectors claiming to block blue light don't necessarily block this range. Does anyone happen to know of one that does, please?! (It's for an iphone 6s.)
