and is it worth it for a fiver a month?
My contract is due for renewal soon and I'm trying to negotiate a new price package. Sky asked how my current internet connection is. I work from home now and I keep losing connection throughout the day, sometimes up to a handful of times. Very frustrating when in teams meetings or on calls.
They suggested I upgrade to broadband boost (I already have Sky broadband superfast) as Sky will monitor the line and automatically fix any issues apparently. They say it will provide a more stable connection?
Also, I see that Sky Buddy is included where you can monitor individual device usage but I don't really want that. Can I use the new broadband boost router but not activate buddy.
Thank you in advance.
