Merry Christmas! I hope you are all having a good time!
I have a tearful 12 year old here who found a much longed for iPod nano in her stocking but we can't work it.
We have Vista on the computer. When we plug the iPod in, a box comes up headed 'autoplay'
with the menu 'open folder to view files' and 'speed up my system' and 'set autoplay defaults in control panel'.
I am not great on the computer but I cannot figure out what to do next.
If anyone can help I would be most grateful and it will be like Christmas all over again for my DD!
