Ipad buying off Ebay yay or nah? (new unopened)

Has anyone bought an apple product of Ebay? I'm considering buying an IPAD new & unopened off ebay. The seller has a great ebay score 99.5.... Should I watch out for anything in particular?

How many actual feedback do they have? I guess you're protected if paying through eBay... Are they in the UK?

Does it come with the manufacturers warranty? If so I probably would
