Have had a lot of IT problems this summer, and needed to get Dell desktop repaired due to heat damage, and have a Dell laptop. All on Windows 10.
Used to have a Huawei phone with 2 sim cards and an SD slot when this died due to socket problems, and the tactile screen seemed to be going, a Y6 2019.
Decided to go back to a Wiko phone, power u30 model.
Have transferred contacts messages ok, but can't seem to pick up old facebook settings or anything else. I've lost about 20+ friends on facebook, it's as if it's newly installed, OK on my laptop, but 90% missing on my phone. The new phone is Android version 11.
It must be something something in the settings, as I can't seem to answer calls, either.
Could have really done with something that would have done a sort of 'dos copy' from the phone to the hard disk, and then the hard disk to the new phone, but life ain't that simple any more.
Help!!!!!!
