Urgent please! 12 year old son forgotten Nokia phone password

My son in his wisdom changed his password just before he went to bed last night.
He now can’t remember it.
We go on holiday in an hour.
A long road trip is anticipated.
Please help him (ME!)

If you hold the power and volume up key while switching the phone on, you will get to the factory reset menu with an option to wipe the phone.

If you log in to Google on a Web browser, search for the 'find a lost device' section, you may be able to use the ' secure device ' option to set a new password, or again wipe it.
