Is there such a thing as a screen I can put over my laptop to enable me to see what's on screen in sunlight?

I want to work in my conservatory so I'm out of the way of everyone else but I have a complicated arrangement of Amazon delivery boxes arranged to try and keep out the glare.

I've looked at anti glare screens but it's not clear if they actually enable you to work in sunlight?

Any tips?

I actually find that a large Amazon box is the one that works best. Anti glare screens don’t seem to cope with strong sunlight but other people may have had better ones

It's such a nuisance, every now and then the boxes collapse.

And it doesn't look very elegant...

Amazon box was my screen guard of choice last summer! Only thing that worked (kind of like an anti-lightbox)
This year I have an actual monitor attached to the laptop- bigger screen area, and no boxes needed, the blinds are adequate.
Hope you get something sorted.

I don't think there's a magic wand for this. My partner makes a foam mat house of cards using two clothes horses and it still looks ridiculous difficult.

You have 2 clothes horses? Grin

bumping in case there's any other recommendations. Surely Amazon isn't the only option?

Only two options - shade the screen from light, or, buy a laptop with a brighter screen.
