What device do you want to use it on, and what for?
Opera Browser (which is free of course) has a built in VPN and is fine for basic anonymity.

Nord vpn cheap, easy to use/install and u can have it on multiple devices

I couldn't get Nord to work. I use ExpressVPN with no issues.

Express VPN for me as well. It’s more expensive than most but worth it if you use it a lot.

It is pretty difficult to recommend any VPN. There are a vast number of them. And everyone likes a different design. But if you only talk about functionality, subscription cost, and design, it's a lot easier with that. Since most VPNs are screened out. For you to recommend a provider, I found an article about the best VPN provider. They will tell you which one is the best in the world right now. But after some time of use, you will know if you like or dislike this provider. I used Windscribe before, ProtonVPN. Now I am using NordVPN.
