iPad help

iPad help needed. Most of my apps have disappeared including app store and settings. Search function wont come up on swip down. Siri wont activate. I have random kids apps and etsy left. Tried resetting. Google search not helping. Any ideas?

The settings app can't be removed. The app store also can't be removed but it can be turned off in settings. Have you tried a spotlight search? Swipe to the right from the first page of your home screen. You should see a search bar at the top of the screen. Type Settings and the settings app should be listed.
