in Outlook, like an auto sign off but at the top..

Can anyone tell me if this is possible and if so, how do I set it up please?

I want to start every e mail that I create (and also for any e mail replies that I create) with the same text at the very top.

Is it possible to automate that, like I would a sign off?

thanks very much MissConductUS; I did not know about Quick Parts. I love learning new things. Would you happen to know if it's possible to have it set so that the text appears automatically in every new e mail rather then me clicking on templates or Quick Parts?
