Quickest way to tidy up photos on iphone7

Hi,

I have been remiss at putting photos into albums (on my phone) over the years and consequently, when looking for a particular photo like I am now, it takes me ages to find it.

What's the best/quickest way to get all my photos sorted into albums please?

TIA

If you do it in iTunes on a laptop you can add face recognition and filter my person/location/year/month.

Although I found amazon photos way easier.
