HELP! How do I redeem CDkeys on Xbox one?

Have just bought the game pass but the code won’t redeem saying something like redeem on a different web page?? There is no support phone number for cd keys to ask for help. Iv used them before to pay for Xbox live and no problem redeeming the code on the Xbox? Please help!

They should have sent you an email (sometimes separate from a receipt) with a link to the page with the code. I remember this happening and was worried but it was ok once I found it.

No the email is just click to access code, then verify mobile number and then gave me the code. The code does not redeem on the Xbox?

It wasn't a non EU code was it? The very cheapest codes can only be redeemed in Brazil, the is a workaround using a VPN and changing your registered address....

Have you logged onto the micorsoft website and put in your child’s email and password?

So you log into Microsoft using OMG his email- enter card

Then use the code on the link above

Then remove the card

My bank card is attached to the Xbox, I put a code in to access it so he can’t do it automatically?

I used cdkeys to pay for the Xbox live thing in this exact way, had the code and off we went. Exactly the same, so I don’t understand what the difference/problem is this time?
