I know it’s retro, but I’ve had an aol email address since forever.
This morning I went to open an email sent to me about 10 days ago and I couldn’t find it. Turns out ALL emails in my inbox between November 2018 and Oct 2019 are missing. That’s a lot of messages. Anything specifically filed in a folder is still there and sent items are still there but everything else is gone.
I’ve checked my trash and only the last few days stuff is there.
I haven’t knowingly deleted anything.
I’ve logged into the site rather than the app and it’s the same.
Does anyone have any ideas? I have tons of stuff in there that I refer to regularly it will be a massive inconvenience if it’s all gone.
