will Nintendo DS games play in the Nintendo DS lite??

DS has a Nintendo DS.........he wants a lite for xmas, but i was wondering if his existing games will be able to be played on the lite?? anyone know

yes, the same games, the only difference is that the lite is slimmer than the original DS

Yes, the games are the same. The lite is much better to view. You dont get as much distortion (sp?) whne youre not looking at the screen directly iykwim

You can also play Game boy advance games on a DS lite
