Is google street view no longer available

I can’t get street view to work on either my I pad or my phone ( both IOS 12.4). If I drop a pin on a map it just shows as a grey dropped pin with no picture to click. Does anyone know if anything has changed or if it is down?

It's working for me (on laptop)

I was using it earlier. I have a specific app for it on my phone.

It keeps disappearing and reappearing for me.

It's not working at the moment. I saw the google street view car a while back so they must still be doing it (though I haven't appeared yet)

I just had a look and it's working on my Google maps app.

Mine seems ok.
