Where has all the music I have bought on iTunes gone?

So it's no longer on my phone. If I go to an album in iTunes I know I have bought in the last it doesn't say I have purchased it and would freely let me buy it again. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Itunes has died. I read a while back that they were changing it. Haven't used it for years myself but have a Google because supposedly you should still be able to access it but via a different route.

Yes I heard they were changing it but I didn't think that meant my investment of 100s of £ would just disappear. Can they even do that??

If I do as the attached says it shows all the movies and tv progs I bought and a grand total of 64 songs. I have bought waaaaaaay more than that.

Where has all the music I have bought on iTunes gone?

I found mine in the Apple Music app (library) and my films in the TV app.

You might find they've moved to iTunes>Account>Purchased

If they have you need to download them again.

@cdtaylornats in there it says I have purchased 64 songs and I know I have bought probably 20 albums over the years?

Are you anywhere near an Apple store?

Iamblossom · 29/07/2019 09:16

No. I think I'm going to ring them, will report back.
