Only want one banking app on my iPad but the app has appeared on phone as well.

Sorry to be so dim but as said it is set up on iPad but it also appeared on my phone even though it isn’t set up.If I manage to delete it on phone will this affect the one I have set up on the ipad. Also it has appeared on another iPad under my ID which I don’t want either.Would be grateful for any advice.
