Dropbox question

I hate dropbox, but am obliged to use it for music as part of a group I am in. Anyhoo. I have access on my tablet, and my laptop, but print from my laptop as can't get the printer to work from the tablet... so the music I need for this week's performance is in a separate file. I can see it on my in dropbox on my tablet, but not my laptop! I've tried refreshing it, but no difference. Flummoxed, although it doesn't take much... Why is this so? TIA.

Can't you copy file to the device that has access, email to yourself, read your email on the other device?

I know it's roundabout, but only one file, just get the task done.

Sorted now, I set up another thread and got in by typing the website into the browser. Thanks lijkk, should really have come back and said.
