Bit of a technophobe and really not totally PC literate but BT have recently changed the set up for e mails which is really annoying. However think I've mastered the changes but tonight when I log in I get "error loading" and nothing happens. I just click OK and I can look at my sent items but no new e mails. Anyone got an ideas of how it can be remedied. I hate ringing BT cos when I get through to their technical department and they ask me to press this or that I get totally confused!!!
