what have i done - the whole screen is upside down

i am a complete novice re computers - child knocked laptop to floor and now everything works - hence i can do mumsnet, but i'm getting a crick in my neck and i have to move the cursor backwards iyswim. the first 2 startup screens ie computer brand are the right way up, but the bit with the icons comes up and it's completely upside down!!!

I think you have to press Alt and the up arrow, or Control and the up arrow - try that and see if it works?

At the bit where the icons are, right-click your mouse. You'll get an option for Graphics, then choose properties or rotation, and you can choose normal to make it all right again.
