Smartphone for capturing fidgety children!

Looking to upgrade from my Huawei Y6 II Compact as I struggle to get non blurry photos of my fidgety children. Can anyone recommend a sim free phone around £200 which will take crisp photos of moving children?!

i'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but iphones now have a 'live' photo option. once you have taken the photo, you can click edit and then choose which moment was the best and save that as the actual picture. i'm not sure if i've explained that very well but this video should show what i mean link

in that case, you could try the nokia 7.1? it has a 'burst' camera option so like the iphone, you can select the perfect version of the photo you took. how to use the burst option here
