Right... I am probably a bit thick here...
I got a Honor 9 Lite phone a few weeks ago, and despite several attempts at downloading my pictures on my laptop, I do not seem able to transfer them with the right level of resolution.
I then attempted to email them to myself and chose to keep the original size. To be fair, they look better when viewed on my laptop than the downloaded ones. However, they are only around 260 KB in size and when I attempt to print them via Snapfish, I am being told that they will look best in the smallest format.
Has anybody experienced such issues and overcome them, or does anybody have any suggestions I could try?
I would be most grateful for any hint.
