Underneath the subject is "attach a file" in blue.

Compose Mail

then click on Attach a File

you should be able to brwose your comp for the file

But if you want to have aplay and investigate - the coloured squares on teh master sheet just enter the number '1' as I described last night. They should colour themselves automatically.

I have assumed a child:adult ratio of 3:1 but this can easily be changed.
