Mp3 player? What do I need?

I need advice. I've bought dd a karaoke microphone for Xmas which has Bluetooth. I'd like to get her an mp3 player a well but not sure what to get that would work with it. We don't generally have loads of cds or music downloads as we use Spotify. Is there a way to download music from Spotify onto an mp3 player? Or are there mp3 players with WiFi that you can use Spotify on?

If you have a mobile phone with Bluetooth you should be able to stream from the Spotify app directly to the karaoke player.

If you need an MP3 player per se then you are looking at old iPods and the like which requires you to download the music (via iTunes for example) to the MP3 player which is more complicated and 'old fashioned' really.
