Does anyone know how to add a speech bubble (with text) to a photo on-line please?

To be clear, I want to add the speech bubble to one of my own photos and send it on-line to someone else.

try here. seems to be quite simple to use x link. i did it on a computer. if your image is on your phone, email it to yourself, and then open your email on your computer. save the picture, and then you can use the website. then when you have finished, email the finished result to yourself x
