when i am on mn the page doesn't refresh

if i post and go back to chat the page doesn't refresh unless i click refresh. it always used to . do I need to change a setting?

is driving me up the wall

I've always had to click refresh myself; although I have noticed if I click on a link and go back to active convos it has been refreshed automatically.

Hate the term refresh actually!

nag tech to add a no-cache header to the page templates...
