Any WORD experts there ??

Hi,

Am grappling with a WORD doc - it has a table in it that shows 18 rows - but if you print it or view in print preview only 8 are printed or shown !!

I cannot see how to undo it ?

Anyoen know ??

Are the other rows perhaps on another page? Have you scrolled down the print preview?

They seem to have limited the number of pages to 3 - so I have a title page, a table page (that only fits 8 of the 18 rows on) and a signature page.

In Exceel there is an option to do that I know (fit to x pages) but I can't find one in Word to undo !

I know this may seem a little mad but when my formatting has gone beserk and I can't understand what is going on I copy & paste my table into a brand new document...

I;ll try anything !

Right - now I've got to fill the bugger in !

Try setting the view to print layout, so you actually see where the pages begin and end, then adjust accordingly for there. You can fiddle the margins in page setup, but beware that some printers may have lower cut offs than others.

If that doesn't work, like Noodle says, just copy and paste on to a new doc.
