use word art

katz · 07/06/2007 11:46

which software do you want to do it in?

word art in word on drawing toolar, big bold A at an angle, lets you do all sortsof shapes in text...

If you use WordArt (on the drawing toolbar, the blue A) you can select the one that looks vaguely like the top or bottom of a circle. Then put in your text, but you'll have to squish the box up sideways to make it look like it goes round a small circle rather than vaguely across the top of a very big circle (then if you need it bigger, expand the whole rectangle in proportion by dragging a corner point).

Down load this for free - it is easy to install.

The go to tools and choose the text curve wizard - put in the text you want then choose the semi circle shape - slot down on page where you want it. Do the same for the bottom semi circle - rotate then slot it in!

You can import the picture directly into the page using the picture wizard.

It is a great piece of software - I use it a lot!
