Can anyone tell me how to report a telephone fault on Virgin if I haven’t got a working landline? I can’t use 150 on my mobile as this rings EE! My neighbours have Sky or BT. I have had to ring my daughter several times in order for her to ring Virgin on her Virgin landline. Yesterday there was a breakdown on the wi fi and Virgin tv but this was resolved. When my daughter rang Virgin this was the problem being mentioned automatically but my telephone is once again completely silent, not even encouraging clicking sounds. I suspect that a wire has been disconnected in the box at the end of the road which has happened before. I would really like to talk to Virgin but cannot find a number I can use on my mobile. Has anyone had similar trouble and did you solve the problem. Be grateful as I feel somewhat vulnerable with just my pay as you go mobile and the need on occasions to ring numbers requiring long waiting times. Thank you for reading this.
