Wondering if anyone can help. Accessed my hotmail from my laptop whilst it was still open on my phone. Microsoft have have suspended the account saying there was unusual activity on my account - which I know was me with it open on two devices (something I've done before with no problem). Have filled in multiple account recovery forms and still denied access. They've finally said I can access it after 30 days, which is inconvenient and stressful.
I'm desperate as it has 20 years of contacts, work (upcoming and old) and details regarding my DD's SEN. Is there any other way of accessing it?
Any advice greatly received!
