I know it's a long shot but..
Received new phone on Sat - immediately started using facial recognition. This became more than a bit annoying as it all depends on the light etc and literally needed unlocking every 2 minutes.
Then out of nowhere, it stopped on the FR and required a password to unlock.
At no point in the set up etc did it ask me to set a password. I have no password.
Lady at Tesco suggested it could be my gmail password - it isn't and due to my ' research' I;m now looked out of google.
My last resort is factory reset which will wipe everything.
So first step is to turn it off..
Guess what, to turn it off I need the password
I'm going insane with this..
ANY advice? pretty please?
