Worldpay refund?

I bought some contact lenses online yesterday, but today the company refunded my money due to a mix up with the prescription sent to them from Specsavers.

I have the email from WorldPay to say the money has been refunded, but where has it gone?

Has it gone back in my bank? Or in some random holding place only known by WorldPay?

it should havwe gone back to whatever account you paid it from. It can atke a day or two to show up though.

It goes straight back to whatever you used to pay

I checked my account, but it hadn't updated to show the funds going out in the first place!
