how do i change my email from virgin to outlook express?

i just want to view my mail throu outlook and not virgin, how to do?

You need to set up the account on Outlook Express (Tools, Accounts)

i am on ntl/vigin, my computer has crashed so i am using a laptop, i am rubbish at this sort of stuff
this laptop has virgin as home page and email i have set the mail to use outlook but mail is not coming throu.

Have you set up the mail servers under Tools then Accounts?

Mine are pop3.blueyonder.co.uk for incoming mail and smtp.blueyonder.co.uk for outgoing.

You choose tools, then Accounts, click on the Mail tab, then Properties and then on Servers. I would guess the servers you want are, say, pop3.

my mail wouldn't work on outlook. after many calls to virgin i gave up and used webmail. something to do with my security software interfering with it and changing settings they said? havent a clue.
