'Access denied' message in Chrome

I updated my HP laptop settings this morning.
This afternoon I've tried to get into a few websites ie ASOS and an access denied message comes up:

You don't have permission to access "http://www.asos.com/" on this server.

Then it gives me a reference.

I'm using my laptop at home, we don't have any child lock or barring settings on our wifi and it was working fine before the update.

What do I need to do to fix it?

Thanks Flowers

Start by clearing your browser cache

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More (three dots symbol).
Click More tools Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
