I'm subscribed to NTL Broadband, I went to check my e mails and everything is coming up subject unavailable, I'm waiting for their technicians to phone me which could take forever Please some reasure me that my mail hasn't got lost in cyber space.

They were so rude NTL have deleted them all you saucy minx

Are you getting a 503 service unavailable error? That means you're not connecting to their server. You won't have lost it, it's all held on their servers and backed up etc.
