Is iTunes so shit because Apple want us all to move over to Apple Music?

Seriously, it won't let me do anything. I can't get music from my computer to my phone. I have duplicate music on my phone that I can't delete. I have music files on my computer which iTunes refuses to locate.

Why did I spend all those hours putting my old CDs onto iTunes if it won't flaming let me do any-bloody-thing with them?

I am fed up with Apple Music appearing at every opportunity. At one time it wouldn’t allow me to buy any music as Apple Music blocked it. Then I found Icould turn it off in settings so I continued to,purchase until once more it appeared again. It did allow me to remove it but it acts like a stalker. Feel sorry for your problems. Have you been to the Apple shop? Perhaps see a genius!
