hello

does anyone know if there is a device/software that would enable me to limit my daughter's daily internet use on her account?
(that isn't me leaning over her shoulder and shrieking)

thanks

Do you mean how much she downloads, or how much time she spends on there? Or something else entirely?

thanks for responding

I mean how much time she spends on there. I'd like ideally to limit it to half an hour a day. Limiting how much she downloads would be another good idea but she seems pretty sensible about that; it's just difficult to get her to log out of myspace/bebo etc

any advice, hints very very welcome

it ois quite possible to put a block on certain sites for certain times of the day, so you could block bebo/myspace etc after a certain time, say 9pm, if you wanted. NOt sure if you could do this once an amount of time had been spent on a site though. Will ask DH how to set up the block at times of the day tomorrow, if you like
