i'm not that bothered, just thought it was quite cheap, and my stupid phone will not conect to my pc, so thought this might be worth getting.

what do people think?

Personally I wouldn't buy it. People think that the amount of pixels are important, to a degree they are. I have a fuji 1.5 which takes better pics than a practika 7 pixel. It's all in the lens tbh.

Currently I am using an Olympus.

i got one for about £35 have to say it is ok but no where near as good as the dearer one we have (only got the cheaper one for school trips)

my mob is only 2. megapixels and this one is 3.1 with 4x digital zoom, whatever that means

If you are using it for only MN and ebay it would be fine. I wouldn't use it for photos you intend to treasure but for the things mentioned it would be good enough.

BTW - Ignore digital zooms as it doesn't mean anything. You can do exactly the same on your computer by enlarging the picture - enlarge it too much and the picture goes grainy, all it really does is decrease the size of the viewfinder, you will the same number of pixels to your zoomed picture as the normal picture that is later cropped.
Optical zoom however does mean that you get the extra pixels in the zoomed picture.
