Do you know the r4i gold 3ds plus, should I buy it for a kid with 3DS?

Hi, like the title, if any of you use the flashcard, please tell me your experience, I want to choose an easy to use flashcard for my kid to play free 3ds games, the seller 3ds-flashcard.com says it is a cheap choice but it doesn't support 3ds games directly, I have to found CIA games for my son.
