Hudl2 lost all apps etc since change of router

Can anyone help please, or is it a lost cause?

Just been told that new router has nothing to do with loss of apps etc. on home-page, so any further ideas please? Tesco's present tech support seems limited to Mobiles, which I'm too old and thick to manage now, and for various reasons, neither old or new laptops work with Skype, which is why the old hudl's important.
