I have some I pads at work where execs have left and not unlocked before leaving or gone on holiday and come back and forgotten their passcodes.
I've gone onto the apple support page and it says to hold the home key and top button down to get the Restore page which is fine. But I then plug it into my computer and open I tunes and nothing else happens.,
what might I be doing wrong, does anyone know?
