Nortons V's AVG or Spywear or anything else

My Nortons has run out and dont know weather to pay again or download one or two of the free ones Their free - are they worth it??

AVG is very good ime. Dp reckons it is one of the best. Regular (daily ime) updates as well. Clear and easy to use.

I have both the standard virus thingy and the trial spyware program.

If you ever have a problem with pop-ups adaware have a free download that is very good.

AVAST is free and excellent. I use it (computing pro)in preference to pay stuff

download all 3 AVG programmes and also adaware. We use these one our computer and have no problems. Can do a link for you of you would like.

i have sophos and windows defender.

i thought avast is only free for 60 days?

AVG - only because dh is some computer genius type fella and knows stuff about stuff...
