Please can anyone help me with this truely dull query - dh is a firefighter and works shifts (2 days on 2 nights on, 4 days off) and I want to be able note in my outlook calendar which shift he's on so I know if I can work late etc.
Problems - its not an appointment, its not regularly occuring I don't know how to do it. I thought of trying to colour the days differently but that doesn't seem to be an option. Help!!

When you add an appointment, you can assign it a label - then it will show up coloured on your calendar

Should be no problem - you can show the time as "free" so it doesn't interfere with your work appointments and label it (the coloured line down the side of the page) with the personal colour
